Payment...
of the session fee is requested at the time of scheduling. 


Several Photo Sessions are Available...

1.    Delivery Room Session:  at the hospital during your delivery.  I will need to be one of your designated "guests" in Labor & Delivery because there are usually limitations on the number of people allowed in the labor room.   (I don't attend home births)   
A session Fee of $215 is requested to reserve your place in my calendar.  This does not include digital files or other products.  
 

• Photographer is "on-call" for you will come to the hospital when you are in active labor approaching delivery and stay for about 1 hour afterwards. This includes 2 a.m. deliveries...Images of your support person(s) included *

• Please schedule a phone consultation to review details and your preferences.  We can speak on the phone or via Zoom.  This pre-delivery consult is absolutely necessary. 

• Please book early as I only book a limited number of delivery room sessions. 

• Images will be presented at your home for review and ordering,usually 10-14 days later (Reveal Session).*there will be times when I can not come to the hospital:  these might include when I am on travel or am involved with another photography session.  I will do my best to be present for you.  

***Model Releases***need to be signed by all persons being photographed.  

     
2.    Newborn:  the best time to photograph your baby is under 2 weeks of age.  After that time, a newborn can be much more awake, a bit harder to settle and less flexible for some poses. The session will be at your home. Please allow at least 2-4 hours for changing, comforting and feeding.  I am proud to be working with Sweet Me Photography.  Scheduling and delivery of digital files are done through the Sweet Me website (SweetMePhotography.com)

• This will include a variety of poses and close up details of your newborn. I have wraps, baskets, bowls, little guy outfits and pretty lacey things.   

• Plan on at least 3+ hours to allow time for feeding, diapering and settling down.  These sessions take time!     

You can anticipate a gallery of about 50 pictures. When scheduling, ask for me in the comments section so I can photograph your baby.

Reveal Session... (Delivery Room, Mother-Baby Portraits,only)
will be scheduled within 7-14 days of your photo session.  Images will be displayed on a screen and you can choose which ones will work best with your photo package. You will be shown examples of straight-out-of-camera images and ones that have been edited.  Your package choice may include edited digital files, albums, printed images or wall art.  

Payment...For Delivery Room Photo products (prints, wall art, albums):  is completed at the "Reveal Session". This can be by Paypal,credit card, or check.  Once full payment is received, items will be ordered and usually delivered within 2-3 weeks. Canvases, collages and albums may take longer.
The digital images will be stored for 60 days.
